The Legend Group/ADSERV is a third party recordkeeper.  One component of plan administration services offered is transaction processing, and in order to expedite this service, The Legend Group/ADSERV has contracted with the TSA Consulting Group (TSACG) to provide this essential compliance service for our clients.  ADSERV will be responsible for the approval of transactions such as Distributions, Exchanges, Transfers, Loans, and Rollovers.  After reviewing submitted paperwork to ensure that the thrasnaction complies with IRS regulations and the Plan, ADSERV will forward approved paperwork to the applicable invesmtent product provider who will complete the transaction by disbursing funds directly to the participant or directly to an account specificed by the participant.
